Vendor registration & tenders

What a project team needs to register us as the metalwork vendor and to compare our bid: the workshop and its capacity, the documents we provide, and how we answer a tender.

Vendor registration

Everything a project team needs to register us.

Before a metalwork package is awarded, the project team needs to know who it is dealing with: the company, the workshop, its capacity and the people who will do the work. This page brings it together.

Send us your project's or your company's vendor registration form. We fill it in and send it back with the documents below.

Or start with our vendor summary: the company, the workshop and its machines, the stages you approve and our project references, on two pages.

On request

The documents we provide.

Sent by email the same working day, on our letterhead where it applies.

  • Company profile (PDF): the workshop, its machines, the team and selected work.
  • Company and tax registration details, for your vendor master.
  • Bank details for payments, on our letterhead.
  • A project reference list: the client, city, year and scope of completed work, with references to call.
  • Data sheets for the metals and finishes we propose.
  • Shop drawings and a physical sample for approval before production.
  • A care and maintenance guide for each finish, at handover.

How we answer a tender

From your documents to a comparable bid.

  1. Drawings, BOQ and specification

Send the tender drawings, the bill of quantities or the specification. We read every line and list our questions before we price.

  2. Questions and site

Where the drawings leave a choice open, we ask. Where it helps, we see the site before we price.

  3. Item-wise rates

Rates against your BOQ, item by item, with the metal, the thickness and the finish named, so the bids can be compared line by line.

  4. Samples with the bid

A physical sample of the proposed metal and finish, so the comparison is made on the material, not on a photograph.

  5. After the award

Shop drawings for approval, production with hold points for your sign-off, a final check against the drawing, and installation by the people who made the work.

Why the bid holds

One workshop, from the first cut to the last fixing.

Everything in-house

Cutting, forming, welding, finishing and packing on one floor in Narela, Delhi: no trade in the package is passed on.

One finish standard

The approved sample becomes the standard the whole batch is measured against, from the first piece to the last.

One team to site

The people who made the work install it and check it against the drawing.

Before the award

See the workshop for yourself.

For a big package, the floor says more than any document: the machines, the finishing, the samples and the work in progress. Come to Narela, Delhi, or see it on a video call.
