PMCs & builders

For PMCs, builders and developers

Bespoke metalwork packages for large projects: shop drawings, samples, a production plan with hold points, and installation by the people who made it.

Project management consultants

One workshop, one point of contact, from sample to site.

A metalwork package goes wrong in the gaps: between the design and the shop drawing, between the drawing and the workshop, between the workshop and the site. We close those gaps by doing all of it under one roof in Narela, Delhi.

You get shop drawings to approve before anything is cut, physical samples of the metal and finish, a production plan with hold points for your sign-off, a final check against the drawing before dispatch, and installation by the people who made the work.

How a package runs

Eight stages, with your approval at the hold points.

  1. Brief

A drawing, a reference, a photograph or a sentence. We ask what the piece is for before we ask what it is made of.

  2. Sample

The finish is decided in the hand, on the metal you are considering. The approved sample becomes the standard the batch is measured against.

  3. Shop drawings

Sections, joints, fixings and tolerances resolved on paper and issued for your approval before anything is cut.

  4. Production planning

The approved drawing becomes a cutting list, a material order and a place in the workshop schedule, under one job number.

  5. Workshop

CNC cutting, forming, welding and hand craftsmanship under one roof, against the approved drawing and sample.

  6. Finishing

The approved sample comes back out and the piece is finished against it, on the same metal it was agreed on.

  7. Final check

The finished piece is measured against the drawing and compared against the sample one last time, before anything is packed.

  8. Packing, delivery and site

Packed for the journey it actually has to make, then delivered, installed and checked against the drawing by the people who made it.

On paper

What the project team receives.

So the metalwork can be tracked like any other trade on the programme.

  • Shop drawings for approval before production starts.
  • Physical samples and mock-ups of the metal and finish, approved in the hand.
  • A production plan with hold points for your sign-off.
  • Data sheets for the metals and finishes we specify.
  • A final check against the drawing before the work is packed and dispatched.

Builders & developers

The metalwork of a whole development, from one workshop.

Facades and screens, main gates and entrance doors, lobbies and lift cladding, railings and staircases, signage, and sculpture for the landscape: made in one workshop, so the metals and finishes match from the gate to the penthouse.

We work with stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, mild steel, zinc and GI, and finish them in-house.
