How it looks	Green, deep blue, algae, deep red, burnished, rustic, deep white and a range of blacks — colour grown in the metal, not painted on.	A fine unidirectional grain. Worth knowing	A living finish.	A scratch across the grain is visible from a distance.	The dents hold dust and, outside, water.	Shallow by nature, so it wears where hands and feet pass — a wall or a panel, not a counter or a step.
Looking after it	Nothing abrasive, ever.	Wipe along the grain, never across it, with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.	A soft brush lifts dust from the dents; a damp cloth for marks.	Mild detergent and a soft cloth.
